BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few good questions.

Is this a diet or medical treatment?

No. This is faith-centered household education about planning meals and habits. It does not diagnose conditions or prescribe a treatment diet.

Does the 30-day guide require fasting?

No. Food restriction is not required. Prayer and a break from distracting media are available practices. Ask your healthcare professional before a food fast, especially with diabetes, medication, pregnancy or an eating-disorder history.

Do I need organic or expensive ingredients?

No. Fresh, frozen and canned foods can all have a place. Use affordable choices that meet your household’s needs.

Can I see the new guide?

Yes. The book page includes the complete original 30-page guide as a preview download.
